Are the ingredients safe for my dog?

We love dogs like you love dogs, so we ensure that every ingredient that goes into our treats is pup-friendly. We follow AAFCO (Association of American Feed Control Officials) guidelines for all our treats and packages.

Where are your ingredients sourced?

We source ingredients from the United States of America (U.S.A.) whenever possible. In some instances, however, it is necessary for us to find ingredients from outside of the U.S.A. due to lack of domestic production and/or higher quality options abroad. We source raw materials only from countries and suppliers where there are reliable safety procedures in place.

Do you use preservatives?

No preservatives added since they are baked fresh for every order.

Can humans eat the treats?

Many of our treats are made with ingredients found in human baking. And, while we do extensive product testing and tasting, our products are intended for dogs.

Flours

We use only human grade whole wheat flour, rice, gluten free flour, and oat flour in all our recipes.

Fruits and Vegetables

Fruits and vegetables are not only important in our diets but are very important for our pet’s too. In several of our recipes we use fresh vegetables such as kale, broccoli, carrots, apples, blueberries, and sometime cherries to provide needed nutrients and antioxidants.

Please be advised that food prepared in this facility are made on shared equipment that also processes peanuts and peanut oil.

Ingredients - Healthy, Natural Dog Treats

We want every dog to be happy and healthy and that is why we use real and wholesome ingredients in all our small batches of handmade treats. All ingredients are human grade, and you will not find any artificial preservatives in our cookies. That is why we use ingredient local ingredients when available and fresh ingredients from the USA.
