1. Ordering and Production Timeline

• Custom Orders: All orders must be placed at least 10 business days in advance of your desired delivery date. This allows us 5 days for production and 5 days for shipping.
• Wholesale & Holiday Orders: Please note that wholesale orders and peak holiday periods may require additional time. We recommend placing wholesale orders as early as possible to accommodate longer lead times.
• Expedited Orders: If you require your order sooner than the standard 10 days, please contact us directly. While we strive to accommodate rush orders, this may not always be possible, especially during high-demand periods.
• Production Enhancements: We are continually improving our production processes and upgrading equipment to meet the growing demand. However, unforeseen events like natural disasters or delays by mail carriers may occasionally impact our delivery schedule. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.

2. Shipping Policies

• Nationwide Shipping: We offer shipping across the United States via UPS, FedEx, and USPS Priority for smaller packages. All products are packaged with care to ensure they arrive fresh and in excellent condition.
• Shipping Days: To prevent perishable items from being held over the weekend, we typically ship orders from Monday to Wednesday, depending on your location. If you require delivery at the start of the week or for a specific holiday event, we can ship early with special instructions on storage.
• Storage Recommendations: Upon receiving your order, we recommend freezing dog cakes and pupcakes immediately for freshness. Dog treats should be stored in a breathable container or kept in their original packaging.
• Package Handling: While we ensure your package is packed securely in custom dog bakery boxes, once it leaves our facility, we cannot control carrier delays or environmental factors like storms. However, we will gladly make inquiries on your behalf if issues arise with your shipment.
• Package Responsibility: Please ensure someone is available to receive your package at the time of delivery. We cannot be held responsible for unattended packages, including those that may be tampered with by curious pets or neighbors.

3. Returns and Refunds

• No Returns: As our products are perishable and custom-made, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will do our best to resolve the situation.
• Damaged Orders: In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us with photos of the damage. We will work with you to rectify the issue as quickly as possible.
